The goal of these choirs is to teach young people, ages 4-14, to value and experience
excellent singing through musical activities which develop skills, sharing, self expression
and personal growth resulting in a lifelong appreciation of choral music. Scholarships are
given out to families who have a financial hardship and have difficulty paying the registration.
First Voices
First Voices is a pre-choir experience for students to develop intonation, rhythm skills and a general appreciation for music necessary for choral singing. The children are invited to take part in the December and April concerts.Prelude Choir
is an entry level choir emphasizing unison singing, beautiful tone, ear training and musical activities that teach note reading skills. This choir performs two major concerts per year.Lyric Choir
is for the more experienced singer who demonstrates the ability to sing in tune, is progressing in his/her ability to read music, has a positive attitude and a cooperative demeanor. These singers will continue developing advanced ear training and note reading skills and will sing 2- and 3-part music.
